Significance Of Imagination In Wordsworth

Wordsworth uses imagination as a transforming power that takes ordinary themes and converts them to colorful themes using imagination. According to Wordsworth imagination enables a poet to change the usual to something unusual; to view the usual in an unusual way. Wordsworth has written many poems among them “lines written a few miles above Tintern Abbey” (Damrosch, 2004).
