‘Boy at the window’ is a poem by Richard Wilbur. The poem displays a conflict of emotions between a young boy standing by the window and the snowman out in the cold. The young boy pities the snowman as he is out in the biting cold. The boy feels that it is too cold for the snowman to be outside.
