Submitted by • November 6, 2013

Collective bargaining is described as the process in which people who are working through their unions discuss contracts with their employers so that to determine their items of employment. Negotiation of the contracts with the employers is usually on the basis of payment, benefits, hours, job health, safety policies, leave, and ways of balancing family and work.
