The recovery and reinvestment act established in America was to support both the existing and new investors to improve on the economy and enjoy their profits. The act entailed bonus deprecation that would add the amount from depreciating commodity over the available value, Net Present Value is an estimate used to budget the capital to analyze if a project or an investment will be profitable, extended carrybacks allows companies to use the net operating loss for one year to balance profit in the previous years in order to reduce current tax liability.
