Innovation is the key to change, and this is achieved through focus, defining significant results, and doing vigorous assessment. Most people lack the desire to innovate, and that’s why they fail to innovate. They don’t care about innovation, in fact, employees in an organization, are uncommitted and unreliable chasing a paycheck (clarified 40 years ago by Douglas McGregor in ‘Human Side of Enterprise’).
