We all move in a rapidly changing world. The things we do in the last five years are pretty much different from the things we do now. And this applies even to our lead generation and appointment setting processes. One of the most obvious signs of these would be the technology we use today. If, in the past, we depend on LCD projectors and laptops for our presentations and transactions, these days, having a smart phone or tablet is a must when meeting potential sales leads.
