Starbucks at the fall of 2010, its partners and customers across the world viewed the company as a wavering company, which had lost its way and identity. Starbuck wanted to demonstrate a global commitment to the founding values, financial health, clear future vision, and a plan for intelligent growth, which was to be accomplished within 5 months of programming that included a global 40th anniversary, 16 market partner world tour, 16 market book tour, and global month of service.
